What is a B&M shift plus?

What is a B&M shift plus?
I purchaseda 1998 corvette, about a year ago, and while installing this ew power window mod I found a rocker swich with a center off and a dot on one side and 2 dots on the other side. Anyone know what this is? It just says B&M Shift Plus on the side? :confused: :confused:

Thanks! I did the same thing and that is the identical unit but I don't know if I should try to use it or not. Car runs fine for me! Why tempt fate! :rolleyes: :cheers:
