I shudder at the thought of how many EXPENSIVE electrical components are replaced that are in good working condition.

The OP is in a bind, and frustrated. I don't understand why we can't get him to post the trouble codes, and get him some help without him getting robbed. It's not like he's in a hurry, like an emergency.
