My 2001 Corvette LS1 sets codes c1232h, c1233h and c1248h. DIC says service ABS, TC and AH. If I shut the car off and restart, the condition returns in a mile or 2. Doesn't seem to matter if the codes are reset or not. The front wheel sensors read about 1050 ohms and .5 vac if turned. I checked this at the hubs and the 1st connector at the frame. So I don't think it's the connectors. Two rebuilders told me the EBCM cannot be repaired because it's a logic problem. Before I spend the big $ for a new module I want to be sure that will fix it. Also, can I disable these codes and dash lights? This car has 6500 miles on it, and has never seen a drop of rain. None of these systems have ever been activated.
Thank You

Have you checked the wiring from the EBCM to the sensors? Before you spend the money on a module you should disconnect the connector from the EBCM and check the wiring to the sensors, and the connector pins for corrosion or poor contact.
1972 blue,
bill's post is correct.he would know more than me...
however, with his suggestions and others, look up my post on the same problem -same code c1233..same dash lights , etc..-and i updated my post a few days ago..(maybe june 9th or 10th ?).called--"is it time for a new ebcm unit".......
you will see an account of the process i went thru, but ended up needing a new ebcm-i guess-and found one with the help of a forum member-- from the place mentioned -rmsautoparts.com ..
hope this helps.
john
p.s. 1972 blue,
i noticed the thread updated on friday 6-12 -at-11;05 am..
good luck.

Reason: follow-up info
I agree that you are probably looking at a new module. However, I just received a post from another forum I participate in where the OP (a well known journalist and Vette mechanic) went to a lot of expense buying a DRL module for a Camaro because both DRLs were out. When he finally got around to replacing the module he found out the problem wasn't the module but both lights were burned out. So it is worth checking out all of the mundane things first.
I'm quite sure it's not the connector at the hubs. I turned the wheels lock-to-lock several times and moved the connectors around and could not make them fail. The connectors at the other end of the harness look even better (more like the new ones in Bill's pics). Just disconnected the plugs at the EBCM and they look good. May reconnect everything, make sure they're tite and try it one more time before buying a new EBCM. Found some on ebay for $698.
Had continuity from the hubs to the EBCM plug. Sent my module to Digital Speedometer Repair services http://speedometerrepairguy.com/.
Said he can repair it for $55. Sounds too good to be true. I'll let you know.

i think some of us need this as well
Well, just got the module back. The problem is still there. The guy that repaired it said it must be the micro processor. So I gusee I need a new one. My only cost was shipping it to him.

Thanks for all responces. Helped a lot.
Hey 1972bluelt1. Where did you get your new module? I am having the same codes on my 2002 vette. I sent my module to absfixer but he couldn't correct the problem. I think I'm gonna have to buy a new one.

Thanks for the quick reply. The link did work. I've cleaned all the grounds and checked all the plugs. Nothings helped, so I'm just gonna buy a new EBCM.
