Default power steering fluid - "Full Hot" vs. "Full Cold"

When checking the PS fluid level, does a fairly high ambient temperature influence the level on the reservoir dipstick? If I let my car sit for 24 hours or so but the air temp in my garage is in the upper 90s, should the level be at the "Full Cold" mark, "Full Hot" mark, or somewhere in between?

I would say close to the cool mark (or slightly above).

Slightly above the cold mark, and check it again the next time it snows in Houston to make sure it does not drop below the cold mark.

Snow?

I think I'll put it just above the "Cold" mark as suggested and see where it ends up right after my next drive - thanks!
