Every few days the electronics on my 2003 go nuts. Starts with check shocks, then low power and every other warning. The gages stop working and even the power windows and sometimes the radio. Then after a restart of the engine or shutting it off and starting it back up 20 minutes later seem to resolve the problem. Dealer looked at it once last week and could determine the cause. Anyone else have this problem.

Obviously a voltage issue. Very easily could just be the battery. Past that, I would check the obvious connections to the battery, frame grounds and the like. You will find it if your are diligent.
You probably need a new battery. Low voltage makes these cars go nuts. If your battery is original check that out first. Even batteries that seem okay when tested might not really be. Whatever you do, don't replace it with another one of the same stock battery. There are many batteries that are much better. I've had great luck with Optima Red Tops and an Exide gel-type too.
Battery first as mentioned already, then check the door jam accordian tube for a wire there that will possibly short to the frame. Bill Curlee's electrical posting in the stick has some great pictures about this.
You may have a bad ground connection somewhere. You may find that allmost of the codes you are getting are from electrical systems using the same ground point.
My bad ground connection was the one in the left rear wheel well. It cleared ~15 codes for me.
