Default Oil pressure fluctuations BAD!!!

I have a strange issue that I need help with. I recently replaced the oil pressure sending unit and now have a new issue.

When I start the car it says the pressure is at 128psi. As I rev the engine the pressure drops. I held the throttle steadhy at 2500, and the oil pressure fluctuated from 0~90psi.

Anyone ever seen this?

Do I just have another faulty sedning unit? I was thinking of buying the relocation kit, but I am worried that maybe that will not fix the issue. Could I be loosing an oil pump?

I hope this is the case

I will buy the relocation kit and change it out again but with that added.
