Water Wetter is essentially a chemical known as Aerosol. Its also used in PhotoFlow when developing film. Even in very low concentrations, Aerosol will significantly decrease the surface tension of water.
I've never used it.
You won't see cooler temps, unless you're coolant typically runs hotter than the thermostat temp (otherwise the thermostat will close to maintain its temp).
BTW:.....I won't.......because the GM engineers didn't......... that kind of statement always has me ROFLMAO!!!!!!!
