Default Finally got a dyno tune after mods

Well, this is the "final" dyno. Unless I do something else to change the drive train. Great results from the bolt ons listed below I think. Really feels better to drive after the tune too. Car feels "Light" in a good way like it has lots of power all the time. It also feels good to know all the mods are working to full potential now that it is proven with the dyno tune (endless changes and re-tunes to get it just right; as the tuning process has to go. It takes a day at least to work on the car for the dyno tune)

2000 Corvette Coupe Automatic

Vararam Intake

Ported and de-screened MAF

Ported Throttle body

F.A.S.T. intake 78mm

Kooks Long Tube stainless headers Installed by Mike Yeager and Joey Cartee Corvettes and Classics, Taylor SC

3 inch stainless Kooks X pipe Installed by Mike Yeager and Joey Cartee Corvettes and Classics, Taylor SC

Z06 Titanium exhaust

Stock Stall

4.10 gears Installed by Mike Yeager and Joey Cartee Corvettes and Classics, Taylor SC

Always 93 Octane

160 Degree Stat

Tune done by Ty Mason of Grand Rapids, Michigan 616-498-6608 I think Ty did a very nice job on this dyno. Have done other work with him and he is always first class, he knows what he is doing with a dyno and programmer.

If you are anywhere in reasonable distance to drive to Grand Rapids, Michigan I'd bring it to Ty versus a mail order or any other tune for sure. YOUR car is on the dyno and changes made with real time feedback for YOUR car.

Wow never saw auto with 4.10 gears, let us know how it drives and what rpm at 70 mph speed?

Graph looks great.

Yes, the 295 was before all mods. I had him do a couple pulls last year to see what it had. Strong for a stock LS1

It drives great with the gears. I was a little worried I wouldn't like it before going from 3.15 to 4.10 but it has been excellent. The gears make the RPM higher at all speeds so it is always further up the power band. It also lets me drive right through that resonant drone at 1250 RPM these engines have. RPM at 70 mph is 2550. Lost about 3-4 mpg but I don't care.

The gears were the best improvement and most noticeable change the car had. Highly recommended.

Thanks Mike. I wanted to give you guys credit because the work was so detailed and right. Every time the car has been off the ground since the work was done I get compliments on how nice of an install the headers and X pipe look like.
