Found Cracks in Door
All,
Need some advice. I found some cracks in my driver side door near my hinges. The door is sligthy off and I have found wear marks on the door stricker. Is the best advice to find someone to repair the cracks on replace the entire inside panel of the door? Any help would be great.

Sounds like the door was allowed to swing open hard to the stops. I've put a doubler on doors with this problem with screws or rivets, but if it's your baby, might think about a new door. Is the inner door able to be separated from the outer door skin?

I am not sure if the inner and outer can come apart since they are fiberglass. If I replace the door the paint will be perfect and the rocker panel below will then need to be painted..well i quess that's not so bad!!!!
