Air Pump Location

I own a 1999 C5 and the Air Pump needs replacement. Can anyone tell me where it is located and is it difficult to change Thank you

It's inside the left hand side lower close-out panel. Which is under the front bumper. I believe there are about 5 or 6 screws that hold the cover on and then you can see the pump once the cover is removed. You will need to raise the car up to get to it.
