stock cam?
Can someone that has cam exp. discribe what the stock gm cam looks like and if it has any gm markings to look for
on it.Thanks and I need you help fast. :confused:

The stock GM LS-1 2000 Cam has the following number, 0968 4 15 9266 marked on it. Its probably a part number, I can't say for sure. 198/208 .500/.500 115.5 (2000-2002 LS1), 202/210 .472/.479 117 (1997-1999 LS-1)

do you know if the cam is hollow down the center? :confused: I'm almost positive the one from my 99 was. I can look in a few hours when I get home :cheers: Jerry

The one I have has a hole down the center is this gm"s doing or after market?
any numbers to look for on the cam to indicate it is a gm cam?
all i see on it is 7A and 325 *8 in between the lobes ????? :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
