Questions regarding -98 powerseats
Greetings,
I am thinking of buying a pair of seats from a -98 vette and put them in my -87 camaro but there is some things i would need to know first.
1. Will the powerseat work even it there is no connection to the 2 cables that is for seat belt and serial data?
2. Appearantly there is 3 orange cables that is for power. Can i connect a cable from the + on the battery directly to the 3 orange cables and ground the black one without anything catching fire or is a relay needed?
3. What size of fuse would be recommended to use betwen the battery and seat?
Any other input and information ( except for the standard "caveman" and "blasphemy"
) is appreciated.
