HVAC Actuator not staying fixed!
Hello,
I followed the instructions to recalibrate HVAC actuator in the dirvers side, and this is what happend:
I opened it up, moved the gears 2 clicks counterclockwise, closed it up andmounted back on vehicle. THen it was working great for about 5 minutes when allof a sudden hot air started coming out in drivers side only again ...
I then took it off again and opened it....to my surprise the gears were aligned exactly the way they were before I moved 2 clicks counterclockwise.
So I then said screw it, gona move it like 5-6 clicks see what happens.
Mounted it back up worked fine for like 10 minutes and then again it jsut stoped working, hot air through drivers side again.
So I took it off the car again and opened up the actuator...again the SOB wheels were perfectly aligned at the same spot where it came from factory!
So Im like WTH is going on here....Any ideas on what the problem is?
Also, another thing I noticed the left actuator codes never stoped coming out, even after reset, and even when it was actually blowing cold air...
