Ouch! what size tires are you running? Maybe step down one size in the front.. Post a pic of the vette on flat ground. Lets see how low she is. I lowered mine then installed C6 Z06 shocks to bring it back up 1 inch. I couldn't get in & out of my own garage

Maybe think about firmer oem or after market shocks? Your original shocks might have been damaged from less travel with the lowered suspension.

This is the main reason I only lowered my car the GM recommended 5/8" to 3/4" on oem bolts/bushings. It looks better w/o the ride/handling being negatively affected.

Personally, I think the slammed in the weeds "lowrider" look can be as bad as the original 4x4 look of a C5/Z06.

But it's the owners car to do with as the owner pleases...

Mines lowered all the way on stock bolts and has been for over 2 years and mine doesn't rub. I can't imagine why yours would.

Where exactly are they rubbing? Where are the rub marks forming inside the wheel well? The tires are pretty small to be making contact...

I'm slammed with 285's on the front mounted on 18x10.5's, and I don't rub. There's something fishy going on here. What size wheels are you using, and what offset?
