and its not even as low as it goes ive seen vettes on here so slammed
the car was fine for the first 2 months or so but now everytime i turn slowly i can feel and hear them rub
and when i turn fast its even worse
any suggestions? i dont want to raise the car back up
Ouch! what size tires are you running? Maybe step down one size in the front.. Post a pic of the vette on flat ground. Lets see how low she is. I lowered mine then installed C6 Z06 shocks to bring it back up 1 inch. I couldn't get in & out of my own garage

lol, ya il post pics in a bit, the back is lowered nice you can kinda see it in my avatar pic, but the front isnt lowered all the way due to me wanting to not hit $hit haha, i have 245 17s in the front
Maybe think about firmer oem or after market shocks? Your original shocks might have been damaged from less travel with the lowered suspension.
This is the main reason I only lowered my car the GM recommended 5/8" to 3/4" on oem bolts/bushings. It looks better w/o the ride/handling being negatively affected.
Personally, I think the slammed in the weeds "lowrider" look can be as bad as the original 4x4 look of a C5/Z06.
But it's the owners car to do with as the owner pleases...
inner part of the tire and wheel well, so when i turn right the right inner tire will rub, same thing when i go left, the left one inner rubs
I'm slammed with 285's on the front mounted on 18x10.5's, and I don't rub. There's something fishy going on here. What size wheels are you using, and what offset?
