Before you start replacing parts, check that the clamps on your intake are all tight from the MAF back to the throttle body. The lean code your getting is often caused by air leaks in this area. Code 0131 is usually accompanied by 0151 when this occurs, but it's worth checking first.

All 3 of these DTC’s are “low voltage” issues with both upstream O2 sensors and the MAF sensor...without a scan tool to look at the O2 sensors and MAF sensor it will be difficult to diagnose...a DVOM would be helpful to have !!
