I would say 295. 305 may be pushing it.

Default Tire sizes

On a stock C-5 you have to get 10.5 wheels to run 305s, and 315s I have run both on the street. If you want to run 335-345s on the rear and do not want to tub the back several wheel makers make 12" wheeks for the back in 18" if you don't mind the tires sticking out a bit (1-2 inchs.) I run drag radials all the time, The do great both in a straight line and in the curves, (not much rain driving) In summer they are the best.
