Default Gear ratio question

Is there an easy way to tell what my gear ratio is? I have a 2004 CE convertible automatic. Could be one of two offered, correct?

It is either the 2.73 or 3.15. I believe the rear end is tagged with the ratio or you check your glove box. Check for either one of these codes:

GU2
Axle, Rear, 2.73 Ratio

G90
Axle, Rear, 3.15 Ratio

The code should be on the inside of the glove box lid. Do an internet search for C5 codes and you will find a few sites that list all of the codes for the options etc.

A few yeas back someone posted a quick way to do this. I think it was something like this. Get out on the highway and put the transmission in 3. Get up to 75 mph. If your tach is at 3150 you have a 3.15. If your tach is 2730 you have a 2.73. I just went out and tried this and I know mine has a 3.15 rear end in from the build sheet. It seemed to work as I was turning 3150 at 75.
