How to reprogram BCM?

The only way to program a BCM is to program it it in circuit in the car using a Tech 2. As far as I know, theres no standalone Tech2 harness just to program a BCM outside the vehicle.

I have a AC/ DELCO REMAN BCM I just got to replace the one in my 2002 Monte Carlo. If I send it to you can you flash it for me? Email me at automan_1954@hotmail.com and tell me how much you want and what you will need(vin, old bcm #, ect.
