2001 Dash Lights
Dash lights go off when head light go on. Fog lights also don't work. I have check the (2) power leads coming to the fuse distribution center. I havee clean the main grounds near the hood hinges on each side. Any thoughts?

Underhood electrical center - minifuse #6
Instrument panel electrical center - minifuse #32 (If this is bad, the rear hatch should not work either)
Also check minifuse #6 in the IP electrical center, and of course, make sure the dimmer is not turned all the way down.
