ya, if your installing a tick master u don't need the master line, if you are doing a slave swap from monster there is a split pin you need to bang out of the slave and xfer line to new slave
if your trying to disconnect the master follow the line and you will see a quick disconnect - use a line disconnect tool to pull it apart.
im swaping for a new master cylinder. i want to disconnect the line and the cylinder because the new one did not come with a line, just the new master cylinder. just bang it out then huh?

Maybe I'm losing my marbles here, but I could not be more confused on what you are trying to accomplish. Based on your pic, you have the old stock master with the hard line still attached, and a tick adjustable master cylinder, that has an AN fitting, and the line that connects to it and the quick disconnect.

lol. i was attaching the new master cylinder to the old line. i knocked out the pin and got everything together. the new master feels so nice compared to the old one. feels like a new car! (97)
