Not really, I removed one from a coupe and was able to do it without damaging the tub until I got to the front section where it's bonded to the metal structure behind the seats.
I don't know if your familiar with taking these cars apart but you need to use a heat gun to break the bond. You apply the heat and as soon as you start to see smoke start wedging a putty knife into the adhesive and work along the seam until it seperates.
This is a process that requires a lot of patience and concentration, if you hold the heat in once place for too long then the fiberglass will start to debond which will obviously ruin your part, so go slow and be careful, also do not do this in a closed garage, you will need plenty of ventilation.
