How does powered wire on mirror detach?

How does powered wire on mirror detach?
As mentioned above. I'm having difficulty removing the cord from the back of my mirror. Its NON-auto dimming for a 00'. Do I just yank it out or is there a pin to push or something? Thanks!

OK, here is the plug. You see that little "ramp" looking tab on top. There is a "latch" over it that has to be lifted up. You're on your own, the pix is from the Service Manual. All it says is "remove plug from mirror," so it can't be too hard.
