Default Which bulb for T84 Headlamp

Well, apparently my headlamps were converted to the T84 export. No wonder I thought the wiring was a bit odd. Anyway, which bulb and wattage do I need for replacement? I think its the H4 halogen bulb but I'm not sure.

H4 is the one.

I replaced the bulb and still no light. The passenger side works fine, both low and high beams. Anything else I should be looking for? The wiring looks intact all the way around. Any "extra" fuses with this set-up I might have to replace?

One other thing. The bulb I took out has this information on it: 12V 100/90W not for use in Europe G2

I'm not sure if this bulb is different than the standard H4 you can buy at any auto parts store.

After looking around on the web my wiring looks a bit different than the standard LAPD harness set-up. There are also two "fuse like" squares with three prongs that are in the wiring. These prongs that look similar to the prongs on the headlight itself.

The picture shows the relays required for higher wattage bulbs. Might try switching them. If that dosn't change anything, probably a wireing problem. Time for some troubleshooting with the Volt Meter.

Switched the relays and the passenger side still works. All wiring looks in tact but who knows. I don't have a volt meter so further investigation will have to wait.
