O2S Heater Circuit Codes

O2S Heater Circuit Codes
I just had LT headers installed and the car started throwing these codes:
P0161 O2S Heather Circuit Bank 2-Sensor2 Malfunction
P0141 O2S Heather Circuit Bank 1-Sensor2 Malfunction
I did a search but came up with no real answer to the problem. Since I have sims on the upper O2 sensors I'm guessing it's the back 2 sensors. Can y'all tell me what the fix is?

I have the LG Street Series with the HF Cats and X-Pipe. I put 02 sims in the rear and the only time I get codes is what I realy jump on it, otherwise no codes. I am getting ready to send my PCM to ECS for a tune which should solve the 02 code problem.
