Ignition locked out
Hi guys. My first ever post. Hope I'm doing this right.
I have a 2002 coupe and had to pull key while still running to stop an overzealous driver. Now the key is locked out and won't turn. The steering column is still unlocked but the shifter is locked in park & back wheels are locked. Key FOB seems to be working fine. I have disconnected battery and tried spare key to no avail.
Any suggestions. I don't want to tow it if I don't have to.

Very strange! an you get the key back in the lock? Can you turn the lock back to OFF?
If the above fails, you will need to remove the ignition switch/lock and take it to a lock smith.
