OEM is fine. For me I have very good luck with Prestone DOT4. Works with OEM DOT 3.

I still use the GM clutch fluid which is supposed to have friction modifiers added to DOT 3 fluid.
IF you can find it, it comes in a 16 oz bottle, but it only takes about 2 oz. to replace the fluid in the reservoir, so you can change it 7-8 times.
The GM part #12345347.
It is getting a little hard to find because most dealers just stock the new part number for the C6 Z06s, which I think is DOT 4.
They are compatible, but I am just staying with the DOT 3 until I have to flush the whole system, including brakes.

Depending on what you do with the car, OEM should more than suffice. Your local auto part stores Prestone (and equivalent) DOT 3 and 4 brake fluids will all work just as well too.
