CD Changer, how to reset mag. eject after shipment????????????????????????

Default CD Changer, how to reset mag. eject after shipment????????????????????????
I just got a spare changer shipped to myself

It will play cd's and load the mag

I have to remove the cover and use the white bar release lever to eject the mag.

the small 'release' button(like iphone) does not help

Any ideas??

do NOT ship these w/ the mag installed

I think we have lost a LOT of tech heads in C5 section

I can help by getting the mag. out, you pull the cover off w/ the 6 or 8 screws and hit the white lever.......

that's all i have so far
