I am very very angry about the Hypertech Company...My Hypertech 3 don´t works, after there I send my Hypertech 3 Programmer to the Hypertech Company, www.hypertech.com, Mr. Jim Harsson, Sr., jharsson@hypertech.com, send me this E-Mail:

We have received the Power Programmer here at Hypertech. All the paper work is in good order except we need to acquire payment for return shipping. We accept M/C, Visa and Discover. Will need the 16 digit credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit security code off the back of the card. Thanks

That is not a joke, that is real! Hypertech gives me not the programmer back!!!! Hypertech not answer (see all e-mails below)!!!! Now we have 13.10.2009 . The problem is I live in Germany, that is the greatest problem. I have draw today an e-mail to the Police Department in Bartlett TN. I will made a report and I hope the Police Officers can help me. If other have the same problem, or Corvetteforum Users will help me, here are some e-mails from Hypertech:

After the Policeman calls Hypertech works the service department from Hypertech step by step. Hypertech says to the Policeman , that my e-mails goes in the 
folder...That is the ground why the service department from Hypertech can not work The question is why the warranty was lying 4 month to keep informed without the customers? Now I must pay 90$ for shipment cost
That is the first time that I pay 90$ for a small package to Germany
Now I pay:
326$ for Hypertech 3
+ 10% Tax
+ 19% duty
+ 39$ ship cost
+ 20$ document cost
+ 19$ ship cost back to Hypertech
+ 90$ ship cost back to me

Why don't you just get EFI Live or HP Tuners and tune it your self.. If you cant tune (like me) find a friend that knows how and can help you get the tune that you want.
If you don't want to purchase professional tuning software, you can find someone in Germany who can tune the engine. You will get MUCH BETTER results with a real professional tune.
Unless you have an automatic transmission, those hand held tuners don't do all that much for you.
I applaud
you for writing us in English and asking for assistance. I dont know any German ( it always been a language that intrigues me) but i wish I could speak it.
