Cranking using remote/bump button switch
Any problem using bump switch to crank engine over to prime oil system? Would it be necessary to pull the fuel pump relay and disconnect the coil pks?

Just pull the fuel pump fuse and disconnect the coil packs and use the key. No need to use a bump switch. Crank it until you see oil pressure, then plug everything back up and fire it up.

Either way.
But you are only going to crank it for a short time, 30 secs or so. Plus you put a load on the thrust bearing every time you shift. Thats what it is designed for.
