Check engine light (pulled the codes). Please help decipher

Check engine light (pulled the codes). Please help decipher

P0135H
P0155H

SDM
B1001H

RFA
U1255H
U1096H
U1064H
U1016H
C2105H

I did some looking and see that the two pcm codes are for o2 heater circuit malfunction...Kind of surprising that they're suddenly both bad at once? Maybe they're not bad, and there is another root cause for the error?

Anyway, your advice/help is appreciated...

I'm guessing that the P0155 & the P0135 are the current codes...

I did read that the #15 fuse could be the culprit, so I'm going to check that out...Any ideas on the other codes?

As listed, nothing is current. Clear the codes to see what comes back as current.
