Default HELP with intake & TB

I have a 2000 vette with a ls2 400ci. I insatalled a epp performance blower cam. It has 1/34 primaries with 3 inch x pipes and magnaflow mufflers. I plan to install a intercooled procharger kit supercharger. I actually have a stock ls6 with a stock throttle ported by shanner. I also modified the mass air flow. Should I change by intake and throttle body? if so what would you suggest? Should I go with a ls2 ported intake and ported throttle body?

I'd stay with the LS6 setup.

By the way, how did you get shorted 2 cubic inches on your LS2?

Great setup for N/A, but not necessary for FI.

Lucky I believe all corvettes ls2 are 400cubic inches. The engine came out of a 2005 vette with 5000 miles. I have not installed yet but all the rest is being done wkile the engine rest in the engine stand.
