ARP head bolt?
I installed my heads last night using an LS1 ARP head bolt kit. I noticed there was a bag of hex nuts included, but no washers for the 11mm bolts. I did not think much other than someone accidentally put the hex nuts in the box, but after installing everything I am almost sure I was supposed to have washers for the 11mm bolts. They were included only for the 8mm. I torqued everything down using ARP lube there were no issues. I am now worried I may have damaged the block although nothing seems obvious. My question is were there supposed to be washers for the 11mm bolts and the hex nuts were accidentally included? Do you think I damaged my block?

Thanks for the reply. That's what I figured. After I posted above I remembered how I did compare the arp bolts to the factory ones, which do not use a washer, and they are just about the same length. Not worried about damaging anything. I called the vendor and they are sending me out a set of washers. The one positive thing I suppose is that now if they bolts are going to stretch at all and/or the gaskets seat this will give me a change to re-torque everthying and assure no leaks. It's usually a pain to re-torque head bolts after running the motor usually because the headers are in the way and need to be moved. Luckily, I didn't bolt mine up yet.
