Anybody ever have any issues with putting a LS6 throttle body on an A4?

Yes I thought they were the same, I am just trying to eleminate things I have done to the car lately while I chase a code I keep getting.

Ah, post the code. Maybe somebody has run into it and more importantly the not so obvious fix for it.
