Default Need help transmission might blown?
Well went out for a little while driving around 65 went to accelerate and the car would not accelerate only the RPMs went up no gearing. Stopped the car and I have 1st and 2nd gear when in drive or over drive and maybe some other upper gears but only in over drive. Is the tranny blown or maybe it could bethe torque converter, Any help would greatly be appreciated thanks Gerald

Sounds like the 3-4 clutches have failed, it is pretty common with the 4L60E transmission. Give us a call and can further discuss. 1-800-406-1109
