Nope there is no access for it at all cept from the top. If its built after November 25th 2002 with a VIN after 114930 (last six digits) it has the FFS (I call it Fu**ed Fuel System) that is top tank accessible only. You have to pull the tank out then pull the pump out but its a non replaceable filter on the pump itself.

a combination of VaraRam and ethanol in the gasoline got me to the same place.
The long term versus short term fuel trims can accomodate up to a 20% increase in air. The vararam should put you about 15% add eyhanol to the gas blend and you can be outside the PCM's capability of adjusting.
I had mine retuned by Doug at ECS and the problem immediatley went away.
