So I bought a used Brey Krause harness bar and I can't figure out the bolt configuration. It states it uses the stock seat belt bolts, but there is a significant gap between the bar and the side of the car. The only way it seems that it would work would be to have a bushing that is threaded that takes up the gap or drill out the bar slightly (bolt smooth surface will not go into bar now) so that the smooth mounting surface goes into the bar. Anyone mounted one of these? Thanks in advance.

Yes, I have.
Go to B-K's web-site. Their instructions however are not the best in the world, but will help a little. I too bought a used B-K bar minus all the necessary hardware for mounting to the "B" pillar anchor point. They will sell you a hardware kit that includes all the bushings, spacer, nuts, etc you need, but they do not sell direct. They were very helpful on the phone and directed me to one of their distributors in Virginia. I ordered the hardware kit through them and all was good. Seems like it was approx. $25-35 range for pricing.
Do NOT do any drilling/grinding, etc. Completely unnecessary.
