You have a vibration problem since the installation and yet you choose to take it to the track, interesting. My internet crystal ball tells me that your drive-line is coming back out and you will find some severe damage.
your crystal ball sucks....
It turned out to be the tires, the wall separated in both back tires. And as far as the vibration while stopped, it was just my OCD kicking in.
Front end alignment does not cause vibrations. From the scant info it seems an engine, harmonic balancer, torgue tube bushings,or flywheel balance issue.

I must have misunderstood your original post when you stated it vibrates while in neutral. You call it OCD, I call it inability to trouble-shoot.
When the car is parked and in Neutral, I rev it up to 1700RPM and the entire car shakes. Anything above or below and it runs smooth. What could this be? Motor or clutch problem? And when I say shake, I mean it sounds like the motor mounts arnt even there.
I think you have a cylinder misfiring at high speed. Pull the plugs and check them and do a compression test. A leaky valve could easily cause this. Also check valve settings if it's a solid cam. If you can, do a leak down test.
