I've got a set off frest heads with big springs, 3 angle valve job. Spring, locks, guides and seals are all new and have never been installed since the machine work was done. They should be a good head, you can reduce the chambers with just a little milling and bring the compression up a tad. I think there 9.5 compression on a flat top piston.
