Missing options in DIC ?

Hi,
i'am a new C5 Z06 2001 owner, i have a Canadian export car
Is there any difference in the "Options menu"?

I read the Owners' Manual and DIC section Options> Lock and Arm says..........

Lock and Arm
Press the OPTIONS button until LOCK & ARM
appears on the display, then use the RESET button to
page through the following selections:
LOCK & ARM - OFF
LOCK & ARM - HORN ONLY
LOCK & ARM - LIGHTS ONLY
LOCK & ARM - HORN & LIGHTS

In my car i can only choose
LOCK & ARM - OFF
LOCK & ARM - LIGHTS ONLY

Is this just for Canadian cars?
Is it possible to have it reprogramed to have all 4 options above to choose from?

I have a Canadian car and am pretty sure that there were no differences in the DIC options between US and Canada cars. Maybe it's different with Z06's?
