02 CD Changer

Need some help. In our 02 we have the trunk mounted CD changer. I have loaded about 9 cd's in it. With the controls on the radio I can not advance from disc 1 to disc 2 or to other disc's. When I hit the 'random' button I can not get back to disc 1, but rather to other random selections. If I stop at one of those selections I can not advance up or down on the particular cd.

Is this an issue with the changer in the trunk or ?

Any advice will be welcome.

Have you tried pressing the 5 button on the radio? That's the one that advances to the next disk. Give it a try and post back.

DUH, I guess that I did not check ALL of the buttons. The 5 button worked. Thanks for helping out an old "c" student.
