Default Keep blowing #6 fuse.....HELP

Ok here is the run down. A few months ago I bought the V1 easy power cord from a vendor and hooked it to the mirror power. Anytime I turned on the running lights or the headlights the V1 stopped working. No biggie I dont drive alot at night so I never though twice about it.

NOW here comes the problem, I bought some clear parking lights and had radio flyer hook them up with his plug and play LED mod. (LOOKS GREAT WHEN WORKING) Now however I can turn the parking lights on and everything works fine. If I turn the parking lights back off, or turn the car off, the fuse blows. If I turn the headlights on the fuse blows, the parking brakes down work, and the headlights wont go down.

What could the problem be? I replaced my bulbs with silvania bulbs while I was under there. I plugged everything else up fine and then rechecked it once I realized there was a problem. Any ideas?? I would love to stop chewing up my fuses.

Hmmmm....and what happens when you disconnect Radio Flyer's "plug and play" LED mod?
