You need to update your profile. I could not find what year C5 you own.
1997-2000 use series 1 TPMSs which last 7 years or 100,000 miles and cost about $95 (discount).
2001-2004 use series 2 TPMSs which last about 10 years and cost about $35 (discount).
Sounds like 3 of your batteries are bad. You do know that batteries are not easily replaced (you have to dig out sealant, solder/use conductive paste, and re-seal). Sometimes the old battery leaks and ruins the TPMS chip.
