Default Bent Control Arm or Not?

I have a 2003 that i rentcly bought that was in a front end drivers side accident. I have been slowly fixing "things" and I noticed this lower control arm on the passenger side. It looks different than the drivers side so I am not sure is bad? See the "bend" where my finger is. By the way the car was it on the drivers side not the side this arm is on!

You need to get the picture posted. Are you hosting it on Photobucket. There are directions in the help section on how to use Photobucket.

CAn't see the pic, but the wrecker could have hooked up a chain there and yanked on the car .

It's bent allright. Being bent their doesn't look to be from an impact. Looks like the WRECKER did it...... Maybe when they secured the wreck to the flat bed.
