coating my kooks headers?
hey i bought a set of kooks catless system at carlisle this year and still havent put them on yet 
i was debating weather to just put them on uncoated or get them coated i talked to jet hot and they said they would do it for 300 for the second to best option, does any one have any
ideas do i really need them coated? and by whom should i get it done

^^^I agree. I am going to take mine off and have them coated. Engine temps are way to high. My windshield washer fluid just about boils. I would get it done before you put them on. Or at least wrap them with header wrap for a cheaper alternative. You wont see as good of results as coating them but it will be alot better than leaving them alone.
