I have built an exerciser for the BPMV to run the motor and exercise the valves in the module so I am able to flush break fluid through the BPMV motor as well as the valves just to exercise it. http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/IMG00038.jpg http://i477.photobucket.com/albums/r...s/IMG00033.jpg
I have the motor running again at about 5 amps with no load and 10 amps with it pumping as designed. What I would like to ask is does anyone on the forum have a BPMV that was replaced due to this problem? I would like to take one apart to see if there is anyway to rebuild it... since it costs more than $1300 and normally requires a TECH II which means a trip to the dealer to replace.
Thanks
