Default What is this plug

I do not know what this plug is for and there is nothing plugged into it. Is there suppose to be something plugged into it. It is located under the passenger side dash panel above the BCM. I have circled it in the picture below. It has black orange and yellow wires. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Might be the inline plug for the accessory wires.

The orange is hot all the time. The yellow is hot with the ignition on. The black is ground.

There is a mating plug with a pigtail, and breaks out per the posted wiring diagram. The wires are available(stowed) if you want to add an accessory on a fused circuit.
