Code problem-p0650
HEY VET FRIENDS, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY 98 VET. THE CODE I AM GETING IS (MIL) P0650, AND IT ALSO SO SAY REDUCE POWER.
MY DRIVER SIDE DOOR ALSO HAVE THIS BLACK BOX I FINALLY TRACK DOWN TO SEE WHY MY WINDOW BOTTONS WASN'T WORKING.SO WHAT DO I DO NOW, REPLACE THE WHOLE BOX OR WHAT? THANKS

I had all those codes at one time about a year ago. Found bad wires under the driver side seat. Fixed the short and all of the codes are gone except the 0650. Can't figure that one out. Even changed the gas cap. No luck yet, but by God I'll figure it out......
