I had the B1 and then ordered the B2 upgrade kit. It came with a different collector piece (the main plastic piece that joins the left and right side intakes and has the big Vararam sticker on it) as well as additional weather stripping to aid a good seal.
Even after this my Vararam leaked terribly and it was easy to see the gaps that allowed unfiltered air into my engine. I ended up siliconing the air filter to the intake so no air could get by the filter. This has worked well of months now.
