Negatives to mix matched tires?
I'm considering changing my wheels and tires to a 19/20 set up.
I'm having a problem finding matching sets in the sizes i want at a decent price.
Is there any downside in mixing the types but keeping the same brand? For example going with a:
Toyo T1R in 305/30R20
Toyo Proxes 4 in 245/35/R19

I have Firestone Run flats in the front & Kumho ASX in the rear. No problems here...I think if you were going be in very adverse weather conditions, or you were gong to track the vehicle, mismatched front/rear tires might be inadvisable, but for DD use, it won't be a problem.
