just lowered my 99 FRC on stock bolts
Im going to wait a few weeks to make sure the suspension is settled 100% since I only drive it a few miles around town on weekends
I am also running stock sized Z06 wheels and supercar tires
When I have the alignment done what is a good recomended spec?
Not sure why the suspension would settle over a period of a few weeks. It should settle after driving over a few speed bumps. It's not like you're putting in new springs that will settle/sag over the first year or so (like in my Jeep). Your components have been on your Vette for years, all you did is adjusted the bolts.

If it's just for regular driving, the stock C5 specs are better on the tires. If you want better cornering, go for the Z specs.

It seems that every time the car is jacked up with the suspension hanging the car sits higher for the first few days that it is back on the ground

mine sits higher for about a few minutes, until I go over a few bumps...it will stay a little higher if I just let it sit there though, without driving.
